為適應(yīng)公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需要，原“杭州綠云軟件有限公司”自2021年9月17日起正式更名為“杭州綠云軟件股份有限公司”。
We are pleased to inform you that GreenCloud has been successfully restructured into a joint-stock company due to business development and the full name was officially changed to 'Hangzhou GreenCloud Software Co., Ltd.' since September 17,2021.
根據(jù)相關(guān)法律規(guī)定，名稱變更不影響本公司法人主體所承擔(dān)的權(quán)利和義務(wù)，原有業(yè)務(wù)和簽署的合同繼續(xù)有效，公司的納稅人識(shí)別號（統(tǒng)一社會(huì)信用代碼）、銀行賬號、開戶銀行等均保持不變。即日起，公司所有對內(nèi)外文件、資料、開具發(fā)票等全部使用新公司名稱，具體信息如下：
According to relevant laws and regulations, the rights and obligations of our company as a legal entity will not be affected by the change of name. The original business together with contracts and agreements will continue to be valid. In addition, company information, such as taxpayer identification number (USC) , bank account number,bank name, etc.,remian the same. All internal and external documents, informations, and invoices will be issued under the new name with immediate effect. Details are as follows:
